Importance of appliance maintenance. 

Very few people know that all appliances need regular maintenance and that is required by every appliance vendor in the service manual.

The salesmen are not educated and the owners don’t bother to read the manual.

Maintenance benefits are:

1. Increase the appliance longevity 

2. Improve reliability and reduce in general the repair cost

3. Improve the appliance performance like heating/drying speed, and temperature, and reduce the cycle time

What kind of maintenance is required?

1. Washer: cleaning gasket, service, and cleaning the drain pump filter and the hose leading to the drain pump from the tub

2. Dryer: clean filter, filter housing, blower, exhaust, intake, and exhaust shutters outside the house, lubricate belt tension wheel

3. Oven: check all knobs, check the door seal, and maybe replace it

4. Fridge: clean the condenser and compressor area from dust and lint, verify proper airflow to cool the compressor, and clean the door seal and hinges. 

5. Dishwasher: clean filter with steam and hot water, steam seals, clean filter ASSY, remove foreign objects, clear the sprinklers, clean clarity sensor

I offer a full maintenance package as described once a year, a few hours of work for only $300. 

If during the maintenance I find a broken part or part that is going to break and can be easily replaced, I will order the part, deliver it to you and install it -just for an extra $100 dollar plus the part cost.

If I find a major issue, like a motor, rubber gasket, or another part that requires me to disassemble the machine, I will discount $100 from the labor cost quote. I want you as my future client, compare prices and you will not be disappointed.

I believe it is an amazing offer since the average market price for repairing one appliance begins at $250 for labor only on one appliance. Here you are getting so much more.
